Nathan
Thorin's NegZero! was originally conceptualized as an alternative
space gallery that manifested in strange and unusual places. The
core series of initial art events was titled the TRINITY
experience. Each show was a unique body of work by three artists, in
three separate but connected warehouse spaces, each with their own
live mixed ambient music soundtracks. Each show ran as a one night
only special event. Sometimes dealing with controversial subject
matter, the shows attracted large diverse crowds. The TRINITY events allowed Nathan Thorin and his colleagues to explore their mediums to the fullest. Nathan used these events to experiment with oil painting, sculpture, and full space/set design to create submersive environments. |
