Thai food, Padt Thai is the perfect place to start. I asked for it so
much that Mom said “you want to eat it, make it yourself!!”
So I made it myself and now I make it for everyone.
Padt Thai
A MUST. Rice noodles stir fried with fresh eansprouts, peanuts, scallions
and egg. Spiced slightly sweet, salty and tangy.

Lad Na
A stir fried gravy with garlic, yellow bean, broccoli and black pepper

Padt Kee Mau
A spicy version of Padt Thai. Added to the mix is hot basil, chili and
