The Further Adventures of Faerie Peril is a no-budget short film put together with a team of two, Nathan Thorin and Max Michaels. Max Michaels took photos, and video. Nathan Thorin wrote the prose, did drawings, and pulled in all the pieces to animate in Flash. They both built the character puppets and backdrops. It took six months to complete in spare times.
Within just a few months of completion it was being featured as part of a puppet making workshop at the Jacksonville Museum of Modern Art. It has since been shown at art shows, and several of Jacksonville's Film Festivals. A sheer joy to produce it shows a seemless integration between live video and flash animated art.
